Return of Unsatisfactory Products
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you are entitled to return most new, unopened items within 14 days of the date received for a full refund or an exchange. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the items you send back to us are in their original packaging and the merchandise is in the same condition in which it was received. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in some cases which can be but not limited to: missing accessories, heavily used or damaged items, missing manuals, damaged packing box, removed screen protector, etc.
Return of Defective Items

If your product turns out to be defective:

Policy: Upon being returned, the defective item will be replaced. Return shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Details: If the product turns out to be defective after 14 days and within 90 days after being delivered, the Customer may send the products back to us. We will replace your defective product with a brand new one if possible. Please note that the return shipping costs will be on your sole responsibility, while all the necessary shipping fees for the replaced products are at our expense.
After 90 days and within 355 days after receiving the shipment
Policy: Upon being returned, the defective item will be forwarded to the factory for repair. The shipping cost both ways will be covered by the customer.
Details: Should the item become defective after 90 days and within 355 days after receiving the shipment, the Customer is still allowed to send the unit back to us. We will help forwarding the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The shipping costs both ways have to be covered by the customer. Any cost incurred during the process will be at the customer’s expense as well.

Returning Incorrect Items
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us and provide us with picture proof of the error.
If return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once we receive proof of valid return. Please be sure that the incorrect item you are returning is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition as it was received.
In the event that the incorrect item is usable and you prefer to keep it, please inform us and we will offer you a discount.

Due to different batches of products supplied to us, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from those displayed on our website. If all the functions and the appearance of a product prove to be as advertised, please understand that this policy will not cover the return of such an item.
